Meghann Shaughnessy

Meghann Shaughnessy began her training at the ITUSA Academy, in Arizona, at age thirteen. With the use of ITUSA state-of-the art video and training methodology, Meghann went on to win the National U16's at age fourteen and was a finalist in The French Open Junior Championships. Meghann has achieved a world ranking of 11th with victories over Venus and Serena Williams, Monica Seles, Conchita Martinez, Arancha Sanchez Vicario, Mary Pierce, Kim Clijsters, Venus Williams, Daniela Huntuchova and many others. Meghann was selected as a member of the 2002 US Federation Cup Team along with Davenport, Capriati, Seles and Raymond. A portion of the proceeds from the Fantasy Camp will benefit the Meghann Shaughnessy Charity Foundation.

Rafael Font de Mora

Rafael competed on the professional tour from 1985 to 1988. In 1992, Font de Mora founded International Tennis USA and the ITUSA Tennis Academy. Rafael was a tennis analyst for NBC during the 1992 Barcelona Olympics. Font de Mora is a contributing editor for many top international publications and directs clinics worldwide. As ITUSA's Director, he continues to develop and expand what is now the internationally acclaimed "ITUSA Method," adaptable to all levels of play and any training program. Rafael coaches and manages top WTA and ATP professional Players, NCAA Champions and Davis Cup and Federation Cup players.

STAFF: Rafael Font de Mora and Alain De Vos will be assisted by a well rounded, international staff of tennis professionals, all of whom are qualified in stroke production, biomechanics, footwork, strategy, fitness and nutrition. Dr. Jorge Valverde will be incharge of the mental toughness training.

The ITUSA training implements aa new approach for tennis players who are interested in taking their game to the next level. This approach incorporates new technology that allows players to improve their games faster and with fewer lessons. By video taping each stroke and digitally analyzing the habits of each player, ITUSA can execute changes that will create (guarantee) immediate success.
